                                            The Handmaid's Tale
  This part the writer describe more detail more the handmaid's daily life. we can find the 

daily life of handmaid full of despair and loneliness. In section 5, the handmaid have a noon 

break, but the noon break is planned by others, they don't have any freedom. at the same 

time the handmaid think of her husband and the beautiful life. In section 6 the commander 

come up the stage. He has a very kind outside, but he still is a cold fish and he want to 

control everything. Nominally. every body in that house were a family, actually the 

commander trade them subhuman. Finally, the handmaid finish her mission. she have sex 

with the commander, but she think it just the commander fuck her. the two without any 

communication, just finish a task. I think the handmaid very want to escape from the house, 

live in that house is a punish for them.

            The Handmaid's Tale

  The Handmaid's Tale (1985) is a dystopian novel, a work of speculative fiction, by 

Canadian author Margaret Atwood. Set in the near future, in a totalitarian Christian 

theocracy which has overthrown the United States government, The Handmaid's Tale 

explores themes of women in subjugation and the various means by which they gain 

agency.

  The Handmaid’s Tale part one include four sections, Night, Shopping, Night, Waiting room.

When the book begins, the narrator, whose real name we never learn, is being held with other women in an old school gym. We later find out this is called the Women's Center. When we see her again, she's been working for five weeks as a Handmaid. The house where she works is run by a married Commander, whom the narrator must have sex with on a regular basis, in a standard Ceremony, in an attempt to become pregnant and provide the household with a child. The narrator has one uniform, assigned tasks, and very little freedom. She's confined to her room except for the times where she can go out, supervised, to do shopping or go to prescribed events.

  After reading the part one of The Handmaid’s Tale. I seem to find a loneliness, lonely, pitiful woman. She is a handmaid but the mainly task of her is birth for influential officials. She can't get enough respect from others and she can't have a freedom life even if when she go outside to shopping, there is another handmaid to monitor her. Although her task is birth, she still isn't to be satisfied. In her inner, she want to contact with others even have sex with others.

  This is a article talk about the emotion between Tapesh who come from India and Darshini who is a American. The main plot is the boy Tapesh returned from India and talk to the Darshini that he can't maary her because his mother want him to marry a hill. Then Darshini cheat the boy that she already pregnant and she don't want to break down. After a lot of argument they both have their own choice.
  This article tell me a very curve story that some men can't face their fickle in love, give a serious reason to cheat woman. Just like the boy Tepesh, he may want to marry a Indian woman but he tell his lover that his mother need him to marry a hill.  So it this a very satire article.

A teenage boy in a tribal village in eastern India married a hill to appease its goddess and remove a curse placed on his mother in that article.

The boy, Robin, married a hill named Lakshmi, after the goddess of prosperity, in the presence of a large number of witnesses in Jharkand state, the Hindustan Times said.

The boy's mother, who had fallen and hurt herself while trying to climb the hill, believed the goddess was unhappy with her.

She started to pray to Lakshmi and after three months the deity apparently visited her in a dream.

The Bible, Book of Genesis, Chapters 1-9

   The Bible, Book of Genesis chapter 1-9 talk about a serious of fairy tale. It describe seven days of creation to God's Covenant With Noah. The main content is the God made people, 
Wickedness in the World, Noah's Ark.
  So there are my personal opinion, The deity commands Abram, "Go!" He's supposed to settle in the land the deity will show to him.The deity makes some big promises: Abram will give rise to a huge nation; he'll have more name-recognition than Michael Jackson; the fate of all nations will depend on how they treat Abram and the nation that stems from him. It's a simple equation: bless Abram, be blessed. Curse Abram, be cursed. Any questions? He's 75 when he leaves Haran, and he takes his wife Sarai with him. Lot tags along with them, and Abram also takes his slaves. Yes, Abram was a slave-owner, and one of these slaves will play an important role as the story unfolds. And then Adam to Noah, the god hate the evil of human, so God damage the world and kill all the people except Noah and his family. Finally, there was a new beginning.
  Personal, I was very confuse about this story and can't understand the plot to contact. But it is clear to let me the human origins in the western classical culture.

Response to “How to Tell a True War Story”

  Actually, the article "How to Tell a True War Story" was a very special story to talk about war. Personally, I very like to watch some TVs ,movies ,drama which uses the war as the theme, but this story is very difference. The general war movies usually portray  an authentic war picture or use ruins scenes to reflect the dark days. it always was evil, bloody,
 full of smoke. I never read a story is so beautiful but it talk about a very cruel theme. In this story a see the shine of the human nature. I know a crazy value and I seems to adopt it.

  The story "How to Tell a True War Story" describe the death of Curt Lemon who was a crazy guy. Curt Lemon didn't put the war seriously, he always was active and played games all the time. at the same time, the story describe a very beautiful scene such as sunshine, river, white flower, and green grass. Due to the beautiful scene and the crazy guy, Curt Lemon was died very serene. Thus when Rat slaughter baby buffalo without mercy, comrades can unhesitatingly criticize Rat merciless because he was giving vent to grief of comrades-in-arms’ gratuitous death. 

  After reading this story I know the meaning of this sentence "Confusion of Narration or Confusion of the War": The War is a very complicated thing and the result of the war always was a bad answer. People will death during the war and the life is the most important things in the world. so I help we can realize the war is not a good thing. we need to learn how to block it.

Response to The Arabian Nights

  The Arabian Nights is a collection of West and South Asian stories and folk tales compiled in Arabic 
during the Islamic Golden Age. It has a sense of history and  mysterious color. I think The Arabian Nights only was some funny story when I was kids. Nowadays when I re-reading the The Arabian Nights, I find The Arabian Nights has the different meanings such as humanity, morality, ethic.
  The first story describe king Shahryar and king Shah Zaman both find their wife betrayed, they feel very despairing and they want to find if there are people  more miserable than them. So they come out from their country. they find the devil also cheated by his woman, so they don't feel lost and they begin to hate woman. Shahryar is too hate woman to kill them, therefore he kills a lot of young ladies until the  daughter of the minister Scheherazade persuaded him to Put down the hatred. This story reflect the  seamy side of life and human nature. People can not control their power and abuse their power.
  The second story is a very funny story. Personally, I think this story is very ironic. First, I think we need know help others need you have enough ability. we cannot help others when we also are vulnerable groups. Second, this story seems to tell people violence is a good way to solve problem. Because  the farmer hits his wife and his wife become very docile. I think it is not a good value, if children read too much story like this. they will be violent.
   Finally, I find more different meanings when I read The Arabian Nights. But sometimes, I still very confuse about some statement. I want to learn more skills to analyze and understand The Arabian Nights.
